Accommodations: Comfort Inn Hotel (456 Windmill Road, Dartmouth, B3A 1J7;
844-247-8929); 2-3 athletes per room; $190 per athlete for 4 nights; breakfast included.

 

Transport: Athletes are responsible for their transportation to Dartmouth and return home; transportation between the hotel and competition site will be provided by the Club. Airport pick possible for athlete staying with the Club (see coach for airport pick-up/drop-off schedule).

 

Food: Athletes are responsible for their food (lunch, snacks & dinner).

 

Payment: total amount of $240 (4-night stay $190 + boat transport $50) payable via Ludik or by cheque to the City of Pointe-Claire or cash in the office by June 9 at 23:59 p.m. (amounts are subject to change). The payment is non-refundable.

Transport: Athletes are responsible for their transportation to Shawinigan on July 27 and return home on July 30.

 

Food: Athletes are responsible for their food (lunch, snacks & dinner).

 

Payment: total amount of $155 (3-night stay). 

Deposit of $100 payable via Ludik or by cheque to the City of Pointe-Claire or cash in the office by June 27 at 23:59 p.m. for athletes staying with the Club.

Balance of $55 balance for athletes staying with the Club must be paid via Ludik by July 31.

Athletes’ support: No boat transport fee will be charged for this event.
